These MSD Pro-Billet Honda distributors are designed for performance from the inside out, starting with a precise billet aluminum housing. Inside these strong new housings are ball bearing guides for high rpm stability. Hall effect pickup assemblies are used to improve trigger signals, and are also compatible with the factory ECU. A Hondata system consists of additional components which are added to the stock ECU to allow the ECU to use a Hondata program (this modification is normally done by the dealer). An Interface Box is then connected to the ECU which contains circuitry for datalogging, stores rev limits and interfaces to switches in the vehicle. Professional Products throttle dody are beautifully crafted from permanent mold castings of 356 aluminum. Permanent molds produce higher quality castings than conventional sand molds with reduced porosity and a better finish. One of the more critical areas of a throttle body is the fit of the butterfly in the main bore. Their butterflies are all hand fitted for the ultimate in accuracy and won't stick like other brands. These throttle bodies are made as aluminum die castings and as such, appear very similar on the outside to a stock throttle body. The Quaife torque biasing differential enables your car to accelerate quicker and corner faster. How? By getting the power to the ground! The Quaife Differential powers both drive wheels under nearly all conditions, instead of just one. With an ordinary open differential, standard on most cars, a lot of precious power is wasted during wheelspin under acceleration. This happens because the open differential shifts power to the wheel with less grip (along the path of least resistance). The Quaife, however, does just the opposite. Engine builders have grown increasingly concerned that many modern motor oils do not provide adequate wear protection for new engines, particularly those using flat-tappet cams. GReddy Blow Off Valves are easily adjustable to eliminate compressor surge and preventing premature boost leakage, while increasing boost response between shifts. Each valve is made of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and the valve to diaphragm ratio provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer. The spring stiffness adjustment screw and the three different sizes give the GReddy user the option to match vehicles with mild upgrades to heavily tuned engines.

The HKS Super Sequential Blowoff Valve (SSQV) is a dual stage pull type relief valve. Unlike other blow off valves that are push type, the SSQV will not leak under high boost conditions nor under vacuum at idle. Being of a pull type valve structure, the SSQV can not physically leak under any level of boost because boost pressure also keeps the valve closed against its seat. The SSQV is actuated by pressure alterations only, not by the rate of pressure or vacuum in the line, which ensures a quick valve response and complete closure during idle.

The Hondata 4 bar map sensor is a plug compatible replacement for the Honda factory MAP sensor. It is a direct replacement for the B, D, H and F series Honda engines. This plug in sensor takes less than 60 seconds to install and eliminates the risk of sensor damage that often occurs when attempting to wire in other types of MAP sensors. The settings are found in the Parameters under MAP.

The Wavetrac differential uses a patent pending design to improve grip in low traction conditions. Precisely engineered, converging / diverging wave profiles are placed on one side gear and its mating preload hub. As the two side gears rotate relative to each other, each wave surface climbs the other, causing them to move apart. This imparts an increased normal force through the side gears, increasing the bias ratio as a function of load. This increase occurs automatically only when conditions find it necessary, and it 'reverts' back to its nominal bias ratio quickly and seamlessly, maintaining optimal drivability and performance at all times. AEM’s FIC is the perfect solution for eliminating outdated FMU’s and “boost hiding” electronics and is ideal for newer cars with knock detection that have non-factory forced induction systems. The FIC is PC programmable and allows users to retard timing and add fuel to virtually any engine, even on variable cam timing engines (VTEC, iVTEC, VVTi, MiVEC, etc.).
